What makes New City Networks so special is that the local partners we select “own” the entire ministry. They do the fundraising. They hire their own staff. They pour into their own kids. Our job is to coach, model, and inspire them during a two-year training period. And to ensure the program is sustainable over the long haul, over half of our coaching sessions are geared towards organizational development and financial sustainability.
